  • Kaj dogaja

    • V1981

      Spomnila sem se na ta forum ... pred leti sem zaprosila za izbris prejsnjega profila, ker sem sla za nekaj casa dol iz interneta, sedaj predvidevam, da ne bom sla vec dol, ker se veliko stvari da ravno preko interneta urejati. Sposodila sem si vaso crno luknjo, upam da bo moja zgodba tam ostala, kar bi bilo res pomembno - odprla sem novo diskusijo za moj in morda se za kaksen drug primer - brez zamere za moreco temo, vendar to je bila vec kot 10 let moja vsakdanjost, situacija je bila skoraj brezizhodna, ker nisem dobila ustrezne pomoci uradnega zdravstva in ni bilo dosti resitev, bilo je nekaj energijskih zdravljenj in zascit - hvala za razumevanje.

      Srečno, zdravo in ustvarjalno leto 2025 Luninemu forumu in vsakemu njenemu članu posebaj.

      Najbrž večina že nekaj dni čuti vpliv Luninega mrka, ki ga bomo doživeli jutri (sreda) navsezgodaj zjutraj. Priča smo številnim zoprnim in težavnim dogodkom in tudi sami smo še posebej občutljivi, saj bo mrk popestril še Neptun. Preobremenjeni smo in utrujeni, tudi manjše težave imajo večjo težo, hitro zapademo v negativnost in se le stežka smelo lotimo nalog. Dejavnejši je naš notranji svet, bolj smo čustveni in več in intenzivneje sanjamo, poglobljeno se ukvarjamo s sabo in več opravka imamo z vodo in čiščenjem.

Zazeljeno bi bilo, da delite kaksne dokumentarce o stranskih ucinkih psihiatricnih zdravil in o odtegnitvenih sindromih ... zazeljeno bi bilo, da spregovorite o tem, ce so vam predpisana, ali ce koga poznate, ki so mu/ji. Ne morem naloziti na Yt, ker mi javi, da so avtorske pravice in ga ni mozno predvajati, tako, da ce zelite pogledati morate biti na Infire(nekoga sem prosila, da nalozi)   THE ANTIDEPRESSANT STORY (2023) Zgodba o antidepresivih Britanska dokumentarna oddaja Ko se je v 80. letih prejšnjega stoletja na trgu pojavila nova generacija zdravil proti depresiji, so jih izdelovalci predstavljali kot čudežna: odpravila naj bi vse tegobe, stranski učinki naj bi bili redki, blagi in kratkotrajni. Več desetletij pozneje prihaja na dan drugačna zgodba. Številni bolniki so imeli ob opustitvi prozaca in sorodnih zdravil resne odtegnitvene simptome. Med drugim so doživeli dolgotrajno čustveno in spolno otopelost, pred katero jih ni nihče posvaril, zdravniki pa so imeli te znake za ponovitev depresije in so jim priporočali, naj zdravila jemljejo še naprej. Šele na pobudo bolnikov so se začele podrobnejše raziskave, na podlagi katerih so morala farmacevtska podjetja v navodila za jemanje teh zdravil vključiti tudi opozorila pred resnimi stranskimi učinki. Prozac je trgovsko ime za zdravilo fluoksetin, ki spada v skupino selektivnih zaviralcev ponovnega privzema serotonina (SSRI). Itd.   Upam, da ne bo kdo zahteval izbris torrenta, ker je zelo pomembno ozavescati javnost o skodljivosti psihiatricnih zdravil, sploh zaradi tega, ker stranskih ucinkov nekateri psihiatri ne priznajo, kljub temu, da so navedeni v navodilih za uporabo, celo prisilijo te v jemanje neutemeljeno ...

FlexPath seemed like a miracle—self-paced, affordable, and designed for working professionals. But once the excitement wore off, the reality of the assessments loomed large. Could I actually complete them all—and pass? The answer turned out to be yes. Not only did I pass every FlexPath nursing assessment, but I did so with confidence, clarity, and growth. In this article, I’ll walk you through the exact strategies, tips, and personal experiences that helped me successfully pass each assessment in my journey from RN to BSN. Understanding FlexPath: The First Step Toward Success Capella University’s FlexPath format is not like a traditional online course. Instead of lectures and discussion boards, FlexPath is based on competency-based learning. Each course consists of 3–5 assessments that demonstrate your understanding of key nursing concepts. You’re in control of your schedule—submit assessments when ready, revise them if needed, and move on when you meet expectations. This self-paced model gives freedom, but it also demands accountability. There are no weekly deadlines unless you set them. That’s why the first thing I learned was to treat FlexPath like a job: set weekly goals, show up with discipline, and track progress like it mattered—because it did. Creating a Realistic Schedule and Study Plan Many students underestimate how easy it is to fall behind in a self-paced format. My first mistake was thinking I had "plenty of time." After missing my first two-week target, I regrouped and created a customized study schedule. Here’s what worked for me: Block time for FlexPath each week (4–6 hours minimum). Assign deadlines to each assessment—even soft ones. Use a planner (digital or paper) to track drafts, feedback, and resubmissions. Color-code assessments by course to stay organized. Consistency was the secret. Even on busy weeks, I made time—even if it meant waking up 30 minutes early or reviewing during lunch breaks. Progress adds up faster than you think when you're consistent. Leveraging the Rubrics: My Secret Weapon Every FlexPath assessment comes with a detailed scoring guide or rubric. It tells you exactly what the evaluator wants to see. For me, this rubric became my best friend. Before writing anything, I would: Read the entire assessment instructions twice. Highlight each competency in the rubric. Create an outline using the rubric’s “proficient” and “distinguished” criteria. That way, my paper didn’t drift into irrelevant content. I addressed each requirement head-on. This approach saved me hours of rewriting and earned high scores on most of my first submissions. Using the Library and Databases FlexPath assessments are evidence-based, which means scholarly sources are essential. At first, I found it daunting to sift through research journals. But Capella’s library made it easier. Here’s what helped: Using CINAHL, PubMed, and ProQuest Health for peer-reviewed articles. Using keywords like “evidence-based practice,” “patient safety,” or “interprofessional collaboration.” Saving citations as I read (Zotero and RefWorks are lifesavers). Using the APA Citation Guide from Capella’s Writing Center. Every paper included 3–5 scholarly sources within the past five years. The more I practiced, the easier it got to find and cite research that strengthened my arguments. Writing Strategies That Worked for Every Assessment I treated each assessment like a mini project. My typical workflow looked like this: Read the assessment prompt and rubric. Research articles and resources. Outline each section based on rubric points. Write the draft (about 1000–1500 words). Edit and proofread. Check for plagiarism and APA formatting. Submit and await feedback. I learned to keep my writing clear, professional, and focused. Avoiding fluff and repetition made my work stand out. Using transitions and topic sentences kept the flow smooth. Grammarly and the Hemingway app were also helpful tools for editing. Mastering Specific Courses and Assessments NURS FPX 4000 – Nursing Practice and Patient-Centered Care This foundational course emphasized patient safety, communication, and quality care. I used case studies from my own practice to illustrate concepts, which made my submissions personal and authentic. NURS FPX 4030 – Evidence-Based Practice This was one of my favorites. I selected a clinical issue (pressure ulcers in long-term care) and supported my intervention with scholarly sources. The PICO(T) framework helped structure my problem clearly. NURS FPX 4040 – Managing Health Information This course introduced technology and informatics. I discussed HIPAA compliance, EHR systems, and patient data privacy. The real-world examples from my workplace added depth to my paper. NURS FPX 4060 – Leadership and Collaboration Here, I wrote about transformational leadership and proposed a conflict resolution strategy for my unit. I used Goleman’s emotional intelligence model and Kotter’s change model—both well-received by my evaluator. NURS FPX 4900 – Capstone Project This was the final and most comprehensive course. I selected a nursing issue, designed a change project, and implemented part of it at my workplace. It took 3 weeks to complete, but it was deeply fulfilling. I chose fall prevention for elderly patients in rehabilitation, using education and rounding as interventions. Learning from Feedback and Revisions One of the best parts of FlexPath is the ability to revise assessments until they meet expectations. I didn’t take feedback personally—instead, I viewed it as a free coaching session. When I received: “Needs improvement” on clarity → I rewrote confusing sections. “APA errors” → I reviewed my citations and formatting. “Lacking support” → I added more scholarly references. Revising was never a punishment—it was growth. Over time, my revision count dropped from 2–3 to 0–1 per paper. Utilizing Support Resources from Capella Capella offers fantastic resources—many of which I initially ignored. Once I tapped into them, my grades and confidence improved. Top tools I used: The Writing Center – Templates, grammar tips, and APA formatting help. Smarthinking Tutoring – Free essay reviews with detailed feedback. Academic Coaches – For planning and accountability check-ins. Library Chat Support – Live librarians helped me find obscure references in minutes. Using these resources turned confusion into clarity. I stopped guessing and started excelling. Staying Motivated Throughout the Program Long programs can lead to burnout, especially if you’re working full-time. I kept my motivation high by: Celebrating small wins (finished assessment = chocolate reward!). Joining Facebook groups for FlexPath students. Creating a vision board with my RN to BSN goals. Talking to my manager who supported my learning with flexible hours. Having cheerleaders—whether online or in person—made a huge difference. Every assessment passed brought me one step closer to my dream. Final Thoughts: You Can Do This, Too Passing every FlexPath nursing assessment was not a fluke. It took planning, discipline, writing practice, and resilience. But the truth is, anyone can do it with the right mindset and approach. My advice to every new or current student: Don’t procrastinate. Read the rubric. Stay organized. Ask for help. Revise and resubmit proudly. Believe in your ability to succeed. The FlexPath model is more than a degree—it’s a training ground for self-mastery. It teaches you not just how to think like a nurse, but how to grow like a leader. Today, I proudly display my BSN certificate and think back to every paper, every revision, and every moment of doubt I overcame. It was worth every effort.
