    ... meni je filing tele scene všeč... tokrat se bradice, ušesk in obrvi ne vidi (v čokolado sem pa prav zaljubljena ... recimo, še kakav naredim tako, obredno... iz tistega grenkega kakava, ko moraš najprej posebej zmešat kakav z mlekom, pa potem dodaš malo cimeta ali kaj drugega... tak, gost, malo grenek... njami)

    tjazy, hvala, ker me spominjaš (da slučajno ne pozabim na svoje sanje ) ...zaenkrat še doma v moji kuhinji čaram čokoladne mojstrovine (da vidiš to urejenost okoli lastništva hiš v starem mestnem jedru mesta, kjer živim ) ...

    ... nekaj fotk sem zbrisala, da sem naredila prostor za nove... sicer večinoma take a la Tom Cruise , pa tudi Dašine (bo sama popala fotkice, če se ji bo zaluštalo)...

    hoj malo se mi fržmaga, ker ne morem spati, pa bi lahko ... še vedno se zbujam okoli treh, po nekaj urah čukanja pa pač vstanem, kaj pa čem ... čez kakšno uro greva tudi midve prižgat svečke, najprej na notranjsko, potem pa še v Lj in Kamnik... Vojko, hvala za opozorilo, naj vozim previdno danes lepo se imejte (aiwa - mene tud kmal čaka tole, da me bo 'mal okol pelala' )
  5. Majica, če bi rada kakšen post citirala, klikneš 'citat'.... gumbek se rdeče obarva, ti pa potem klikneš 'komentiraj' in tako imaš skopiran tisti post, ki ga želiš potem komentirati...

  9. Breathing 1. Lie on your back preferably on something soft and cover with a light coverlet. Bend your knees and move your feet about eight inches apart. Point your toes upward. Let your spine relax straight. 2. Scan your body for tension. As best you can let your body melt into what you are lying on. 3. Bring attention to your breathing and place your hand on the area where your navel resides. Inhale and exhale. Notice if you are breathing into your upper chest, or is the abdomen truly moving. People who are nervous will breathe short, shallow breaths in their upper chest. 4. Place both of your hands gently on the abdomen. Inhale slowly and deeply through the nose into this area. Notice how your abdomen rises and falls with each inhalation. Your chest should move only the slightest amount, if not at all. 5. Continue to inhale through your nose and exhaling through your nose or mouth. This is as simple and effortless as a baby breathes. 6. Breathe for about five or ten minutes, once or twice a day. You can also breathe into your abdomen while standing, driving or walking. After a couple of weeks of gently practicing this program you can increase any of these practices to longer periods of time. 7. At the end of each breathing session scan your body once again. At the conclusion of the exercise notict/compare how you feel now with how you felt at the beginning. 8. When you allow this program to become the new way you breathe for life, you will begin to notice how much more relaxed your body and you become.     o, hvala, ker lahko še malo LNFja dons ... tamala zdajle vozi, jaz pa lahko, preden se lotim kosilca, kofetka in LNFjčka... mrk je bil 'svojga dnarja vreden' ... včeraj je še mal bolj deloval, se mi zdi... ponoči je imel naš pes čisto zblojene... celo noč je capljala okoli (po praketu s krempeljčki tok tok tok...) in nekaj bevskala prav hecno, kot bi jo v sobi 'nekdo' motil ... stokrat sem vstala in jo spraševala, kaj bi rada :o|o: luštno se imejte vsi... se vidimo 'v novi dimenziji'

    Pa tega modela hocem. ooo, kolk sm ti fouš, Cosma ... se pa spomnim, da je en naš znanec imel tudi zobarja frenda in so skupaj kampirali... pa pridemo enkrat k njim na obisk na morje in tam zunaj pred šotorom scena: v avtomobilski akumulator priključene ene žice hecne, pa čez drevo napeljane, zraven na tistem zložljivem stolčku za kampirat en sedi in en tip mu vrta po zobeh (oba v kopalkah, ofkors)... okol so pa drugi sedel, pivičko šlukali in se nekaj menili, kot da ni nič... kera morska scena
